TELL US ABOUT YOUR HOME TOWN

Hmmmmm my home town would have to be Mill-Hill because that's where I spent most of my time.  Mill-hill is green belt land, it's really green, lots of hills and cows and stuff. There are lots of creepy old houses, plus a nunnery and a monastery.  I loved all of this weirdo-ness growing up coz I was a loner kid with a great imagination, so the monastery became a castle, the cows were cows and the creepy houses were secret laboratories where Scientist were creating super-heros and of course I was going to be the most amazing super-heroine of them all.

HOW DID YOU BECOME TO BE A DESIGNER/COMMUNICATOR?

I learnt to design at Barnet College, I suppose I just sort of fell into it. You know - I can draw so why not design.  But then found I actually liked it and wasn't too bad it. I had two great teachers, one was a perfectionist and one was a rebel.  I don't remember their names but they taught me to be fearless and accept nothing but the best.

WHY DO YOU LIKE CREATING?

I love the idea of drawing something on paper then taking it off the paper and turning into reality.  That something 2 dimensional on a A4 sheet of paper can be become 3 dimensional and a thousand times bigger blows my mind every time.  Iit's like the biggest tick I can ever make on my achieve list.
